value. quality care. convenience.

Nursing and caregiving are in my blood. My grandmother was a WWII Army Nurse and inspired who I have become professionally today. Since I was 16 years old, I have cared for others in various capacities.
I've been a caregiver, dental assistant, massage therapist, fitness trainer, nurse, and nurse practitioner.
I've experienced firsthand the struggle of having difficult-to-diagnose illnesses and the barriers faced when searching for the right providers. My own journey to wellness has fueled my passion for helping others in similar situations, advocating for better care and increased access to resources.
I focus on getting to the root of health challenges and providing treatment plans that offer whole wellness relief rather than temporary fixes.

This is the story of my rare disease diagnosis called Fibroadipose Vascular Anomaly:
I endured years of chronic pain and numerous misdiagnoses before finally being diagnosed with Fibro-Adipose Vascular Anomaly (FAVA) at the age of 39. FAVA is a condition within the PIK3CA-Related Overgrowth Spectrum (PROS) characterized by the development of fibrous, fatty, and vascular tissues within muscles, leading to pain and functional impairment. My prolonged search for answers highlights the challenges many individuals face in obtaining accurate diagnoses for rare diseases. My story underscores the importance of persistence, self-advocacy, and the need for increased awareness and understanding of rare conditions like FAVA among both the public and healthcare professionals.

Recovering from a back injury in 2003 I decided to follow my calling to heal others and teach the art of massage therapy, this experience helped me through nursing school and laid my foundational knowledge in hands on evaluation and healing. From 2004-2014 my hands healed and massaged clients at various events, homes and clinics. The funniest moment doing chair massage was when a man whom I told to remove his glasses for a chair massage, tried to hand me his dentures.
